Paul Gray, Chief Executive Officer
Paul has spent the last 25 years of his career in the work winning site Construction, with his most recent previous post preconstruction director and member of the senior leadership team for one of London’s largest developers.
He has extensive knowledge across a vast range of sub-sectors within industry from small social housing repair contracts, Education, leisure, healthcare, to Large scale regeneration and developments of up to £500 million
Paul is passionate about process improvement, and believe information, and technology hold the secretes to empowering teams to be the best they can be and helping improve many of the industries challenges.
Duncan Mitchinson, Chief Revenue Officer
Duncan is the Chief Revenue Officer at Tender Copilot, leading the go-to-market strategy and revenue growth. With 15 years of experience in sales and a track record of scaling businesses from early-stage to tens of millions in ARR, he specialises in building high-performing teams and optimising sales pipelines.
Passionate about bridging the gap between technology and business outcomes, he focuses on helping bid teams streamline their tendering process with AI-driven insights. Outside of work, he is an avid runner and chess player, always up for a challenge, whether on the hills or the board.
Richard Tydeman, Chief Operating Officer
Richard is the Chief Operating Officer at Tender Copilot. In his role, he oversees the company’s day-to-day operations, with a focus on keeping everything running smoothly. From managing finance to improving operational workflows, Richard works behind the scenes to make sure the business stays efficient and on track.
In addition, Richard handles all the back-office activities, working closely with the team to refine systems and support the business as it scales.
Outside of work, Richard is a keen weightlifter as well as developing apps for his growing collection of Raspberry Pi’s.
